Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Order' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment by all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. You will normally receive your order in 5 business days. International orders are generally received within 21 days.
Back Orders If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices quoted are subject to VAT at 17.5%.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If the goods you receive are faulty, please return them to us within seven days and we will either replace them or refund your money. If for any other reason you do not wish to keep the goods please return them to us within seven days in the original packaging and we will refund the purchase price less a 15% handling charge. Please note that carriage charges apply for incorrect size ordered.
